How it works

Pipeline

1. Source. City of Minneapolis CCS_Permits open-data feed.
2. Filter. Residential single-family, two-family and townhouse permits; additions, new homes, garages and basement finishes removed.
3. Sort. Trade assigned from the permit description; ZIP from map coordinates.
4. Deliver. Monday morning email with CSV.

Timing

Weekly. The City feed can lag issuance, so a permit sometimes appears a week later.

Using a lead

Mail, door-knock or check with the contractor of record. We do not supply phone numbers.

You are responsible for following the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA and the National Do Not Call Registry.
